Dream Bonds provides bond-origination and finance-assistance services. Information on this website is for general information and does not constitute a guarantee that finance will be approved or that any particular rate, loan amount or lender outcome will be available.

2. Lender decisions

All finance applications remain subject to the requirements, affordability assessments, credit policies, valuations and approval criteria of the relevant lender. Dream Bonds does not control lender decisions.

3. Free service

Dream Bonds' bond-origination service is offered to clients without a direct client service fee, subject to the scope communicated to the client. Any separate third-party charges, lender fees, valuation costs, legal costs or other transaction expenses remain subject to the applicable provider and transaction.

4. Information supplied by clients

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and documents. Delays or incorrect outcomes caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect an application.

5. Website content

While reasonable care is taken, website content may change and should not be relied on as a substitute for personalised financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

6. Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Dream Bonds is not responsible for losses caused by lender decisions, third-party systems, inaccurate client information, events outside its reasonable control or reliance on general website information.
